Scope of engagement
Each session is advisory. I prepare you to compete for roles and improve your hiring process; I do not guarantee interviews, offers or specific compensation outcomes, because those decisions belong to third parties.
Payment
Fees are quoted per engagement and payable on confirmation. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any local taxes that may apply to you.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Reschedule or cancel at no cost up to 24 hours before your session. Within 24 hours, 50% of the fee is retained. If I cancel, you receive a full refund and priority rebooking.
Materials and ownership
Documents produced for you — rewritten resumes, scorecards, playbooks — are yours to use freely. Frameworks, templates and recorded methodology remain my intellectual property and may not be resold or redistributed.
Confidentiality
Everything shared in an engagement is treated as confidential in both directions. Client names and outcomes appear publicly only with written permission.
