What I collect
Your name, email address, the materials you send for review (resume, job descriptions, notes) and any information you volunteer during a session. Analytics are aggregate and contain no personal identifiers.
How it is used
Solely to deliver the engagement you booked and to send the confirmations and deliverables associated with it. Newsletter emails are sent only to addresses that opted in, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe.
What is never done
Client materials are never sold, shared with employers, used in marketing or published as examples without explicit written permission. Confidential searches remain confidential indefinitely.
Retention
Session materials are retained for twelve months so that follow-up work has context, then deleted. You can request deletion at any point and it is actioned within seven days.
Your rights
You may request a copy of everything held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for full erasure. Email hello@dianadaniels.com and the request is handled within one week.
